it appears my EDE418m doesn't produce hot exhuast air,why?
Even a small load of clothing not totally dry when run say 100-120mins

Check for fluff build up in the air ways and the output should be similar in temperature and airflow to that of a good hairdryer. Many driers have a high and low heat setting, it is possible one heating element has failed and needs replacing.
