thermostat asembly
took front panel off still cant locate thermostat. nothing is there that resembles your picture. is it near the heater element ? cannot order new part unless I can take the old one off At my wits end over a simple question

This part can be seen fitted to the drum bearing assembly and duct housing Stock Number: ES1562750 just behind the front controls at the top.
