ice unit not making ice . what can be the probl;em? unit was shut down for 4 months
unit was shut down for 4 months , water turned off , . retruned home turned water on , turned unit back on , still not making ice. Isd there a reset button on unit . My unit has the same seiarl number with /AA BEHIND THE R THANKS

If you press the small test button for more than 5 seconds the ice maker should cycle and recharge with fresh water. If this does not happen but the temperature is correct then suspect this part.
