How to replace the Rewind Spring Assembly for DC26
Do you have a how to video or written instructions on how this is done ? As I would be happy to purchase the spare you stock but only if I can replace it myself. I've just acquired a s/h one which is still under warranty, but the cable rewind is very feeble. I don't imagine it can be replaced under warranty as its not broken.

We do not have a video showing this repair. Try fully unwinding the cable then controlling the cable as it is wound back in to ensure it winds evenly and not twisted. If this does not improve contact Dyson to check if warranty applies.
