What would be causing the ice build up in my samsung fridge freezer?

Ice builds up over time (3mths) around the chiller pipes in the freezer compartment. It then overspills from the bottom pipes and cascades over the bottom of the back wall and under the bottom storage box. I remove the ice from under the bottom box then more ice cascades from behind the back panel (air ducks and fan assembly) and re-forms under the bottom box. Eventually the ice gets too much and the cool air circulation fails to cool the fridge. Once the ice around the bottom of the chiller pipes is defrosted the unit work like new. Compressor and fan in (freezer compartment) are working.
