Do I need to take the fridge out of the built-in cabinet to change a hinge?

I have a Neff fridge K4463x0GB/01 which is built-in. The top left side hinge has broken down and thus the door does not close properly. There is some space on the left side and I can see the entire hinge. Am I right that I do not need to take the fridge out of the built-in space? Thanks in advance.

If you can access the screws and remove them it may not be necessary to remove the unit from its housing.
