my cooker oven cuts out and turns off the timer clock when the temp gets to 180 would this part cause the problem.thanks

This cut out is designed to protect the appliance if it is overheating. This could occur due to a faulty thermostat or if left on high for a long time or if the is poor air circulation around the cooker. If the oven is not overheating and has adequate ventilation try replacing this to cure it cutting out.
