How do I fit this part? Do I need to take the front cover off the cooker?

- If the shaft of the button is broken, the answer is YES; you have no option but to remove all of the cooker knobs to free the front panel.

The timer buttons simply push into the timer. To remove the buttons ensure you pull evenly to prevent snapping the button.
