  • Undo the screw on the height ajustment knob and the screws underneath lift the casing off Its a bit fiddly but look how the old one is fitted and unhook brush bar and replace the new one where the old one was Replace the casing and screw back into place By caz - Sussex - 26 March 2012

I have removed the obvious 4 screws but the casings seem to be joined by the height adjuster. The stem will not turn far enough to line up the pegs on the adjuster stem with the slots in the lower casing and I am reluctant to use too much force.
