Hello my samsung model rl26 has stopped working fridge and freezer What do you think it could be? Would I be right in thinking it is the circuit board?

If there is no cooling at all check if the compressor is 'hot' and clicks twice a minute approx and does not sound like it is running. This would indicate a faulty compressor and require a specialist refrigeration systems engineer.
