brush bar not spinning. have replaced bar but to no avail. Is thr problem with the motor head assembly and will in require replacing. 1 Answer

Check the belt is not slipping or that it has stretched and make sure the endcaps are allowing for the brush roll to mone before suspecting the motor in the cleaner head.
