      I replied to another survey and the email was undeliverable. My purchase was cracked on delivery in a very battered box. Not sure if it's financial viable to return it.Attached a photo of purchase in prior email so won't venture there again

      Part worked
      My washing machine drain pump failed so I ordered a replacement part as recommended by eSpares website. Part arrived as per the estimated delivery time. However part of the plastic housing which surrounds the motor was damaged (cosmetic). It could have been packaged better. Also electrical terminal lugs were not marked with an indentification letter/symbol. I proceeded with install and the part is working fine so far.

      Exceptional customer service
      Just before Christmas, my elderly dad removed the glass panels from their Zanussi 55-inch gas oven to clean them. While putting them back, one of the panels shattered into tiny pieces, leaving my parents devastated. I went online to eSpares website and ordered the inner door glass. However, later that day, an appliance technician informed me that the oven actually had three glass panels (with the outer door being one of them). Realizing I had ordered the wrong panel, I quickly emailed eSpares bacj to explain the mistake and requested to cancel the order. The following day, I received a reply from them informing me that the order had already been processed but reassuring me that they would reimburse the full amount. To my surprise, they also stated that I wouldn't need to return the glass once it arrived. I was a bit skeptical but decided to wait and see. True to their word, the full refund was issued within a week! The glass panel also arrived, carefully wrapped, just as they had promised. I cannot recommend this company highly enough their customer service is exceptional. It's rare to encounter such outstanding service these days, and it was truly refreshing. Unlike the usual hassle of returning incorrect items and chasing refunds, eSpares made the process completely stress-free. Fair play to them for their fantastic customer service.       You sent me the wrong filters, not the ones I had ordered. I ordered HAFIN2P/EXP Ice & Water Filter - Pack of 2 - (ES1569124), You sent me HAFIN2/EXP... I reported this to you and after 1 week and 2 phone calls you told me to go to your website and order the same HAFIN2/EXP filter again... No apology for your error, no hint that you would actually send me the parts I ordered... Not a very good experience....
