        It is possible it is the control panel. If this does not cure the problem it may need a refrigeration systems engineer to replace the diverter valve or re-gas the appliance.

      You sent me the wrong filters, not the ones I had ordered. I ordered HAFIN2P/EXP Ice & Water Filter - Pack of 2 - (ES1569124), You sent me HAFIN2/EXP... I reported this to you and after 1 week and 2 phone calls you told me to go to your website and order the same HAFIN2/EXP filter again... No apology for your error, no hint that you would actually send me the parts I ordered... Not a very good experience....
