The screws are inside the piece and I can’t imagine how to tight them! Does the piece come with instructions? How important it is that the front glass is well tighten? Thank you.

Hi Raffa, I'm afraid this item doesn't come with instructions. The front glass should always be well tightened too, but I'm afraid I don't have instructions for that either. Sorry!
