I've got a Kenwood CK 410, I've taken off the fan cover and found that it looks as if the element has been screwed on from behind the oven wall. How do I deal with that? any ideas welcome!

  • I'm afraid you have to pull the cooker out. Isolate it from the mains - Trip switch in the consumer unit is the best way . Take the small self tappers from the back cover , then remove the back cover. The spade connections can be removed and one self tapper on the heater base the heater pops out fron the inside - reverse proceedure to instal - simples By dukeofwales - Cardiff - 18 September 2012
