Does this spool & cover come with the little ratchet that sits between the spool & cover
the ratchet is a small plasitic device that controls the feed of the line. I have lost this item and wonder if this is included in the product. if not any ideas where one can purchase it

- yes it does, you have to but the complete spool + line to get the little black lever.
