The glass in my doors has shattered due to hot water, can I not get just glass to replace.

I did not break my door, I had the wash on a 90degree wash and it appears to the glass in the door would not stand the temperature and it has shattered. I would like to know if this has happened before. I have had my washing machine more than 6 months but less than a year. Can I get a free replacement, this seems to be a product fault. Do I need this part?

Hi there, it is possible to buy glass bowls with the rest of the door; to see if one is available for your model search its model number in the bar at the top of the page to list all parts available for it. With regards to free replacements, you'd need to contact the company you bought the washing machine from, and check if there was a warranty upon buying it.
