fault with dishwasher
after closing the door to start a wash one hears a motor for a few seconds before the dishwasher starts to fill with water! Is this the drain pump or the recirculating pump?? It,s gone noisey

The drain pump comes on when the dishwasher is turned on to remove any dirty water before filling with clean water.
