      Softener is not being syphoned I have cleaned the drawer to no avail what part will I need

        Check the jets in the dispenser as if they are blocked it will not let water in to take the softner, see our video for help www.youtube.com/watch?v=HD570cEFlNo just copy and paste into your browser.
