• If you still have your installation manual there are instructions toward the back of the book. I have removed the entire top two sections to replace the ceramic plate warmer, and to check inside. It`s fairly straight forward but first you need to pull the cooker out from the wall - follow the `jacking instructions`, and remove the top vent guard - this will allow you to remove the holding down screws for the top two `plates`. Then you have to remove the two small screws securing the wok burner assembly. The entire plate is gently slid to the right while depressing the wok burner down slightly. You then lift up the plate away from the frame by a few inches checking that you don`t pull the two wires too much. I am a professional engineer by the way.   This should not be a difficult part to replace but it is unlikely to be supplied with fitting instructions.
