Hi Nick76 The fluff filter does exactly what it says on the tin - keeps fluff at bay. This filter slots in between the inner and outer doors, and should be easy enough to fit. Here is a link to Bosch's technical support website - https://www.bosch-eshop.com/eshop If you click 'United Kingdom' on this page, and then 'e-shop spare parts' on the right hand side of the page. Then type in the model number of your tumble dryer (e.g. WTA3100GB/01) in to the 'E-number' field in the 'Appliance search' pane on the right hand side of the page. You will then have a line drawing of your tumble dryer. Look out for the component number 096423 (your fluff filter) for a visual guide on where it is located. We wish you the best of luck!
