replacing motor in a dc04 purple and lime vacuum
when motor packed up it made a terrible noise now does not work at all, I have checked fuse wonder if a new motor would be the answer, any ideas. J.Tingey

It is likely to be the motor but you can use a cheap meter to measure if you have a circuit through your motor or if it has failed.
