i got a beko tumble dryer and i think the motor has broke.When i take off the belts off the motor should the motor turn freeley or have a judery motion.thanks

This is an induction motor and some induction motors have magnetised armatures which will 'pull' in to a number of positions when turned. If your motor turns but 'pulls back' or is biased to stop in regular positions it is not likely to be faulty. If your motor is slow to start suspect the motor capacitor Stock Number: ES1567948.
