      One electric ring not responding

      Looking at the hob from above on this model:Smeg Hotplate Element 1800W for SUK62CMX5 - the element front left only is not responding.THis happened once last week - and after switching off - and 30 mins later it worked again -:is this a breakdown symtom? All the others work normally.
