floor head beeter does not spin most of time.
how do I get into the head and diagnose failing part or parts to fix problem or do I need to replace entire beater head. if needing to replace where do I go to do this. Do you have a diagram of beater head, and parts list for it.

This head does not have an electric motor but is turned by the air passing through a turbine in the base. Clean any hair and debris from the roller to prevent it sticking.
