Why does the Defrost drain freeze up.
Lg freezer ices up blocking drain hole, and then on subsequent defrost cycles water flows out onto the floor front the front of the freezer. I have to use steam to to carry out defrost and clear the drain.

The only way to determine what has failed is to use a multimeter to test all the components in the drain process
