      Why is it not working

      Blue light is coming on. It is hot to touch but no steam is coming out the bottom. Can you help.

        If you live in a hard water area it is likely the machine is blocked with limescale. This may clear if you empty and refill with a liquid descaler like Stock Number: ES1641507.
