What could cause the machine to stop filling and give a 'no water' indication?

Model Beco ECOWMB81445LW Regularly stops cycle and displays a no water icon. Pressing Start continues the cycle. Thank you.

    You will need to check the water pressure and test the inlet valve with a multimeter and it is indicating there is not enough water coming into the machine.
