I bought this new charger, but the vacuum cleaner power doesn't hold it's power. Is the battery in the charger or elsewhere?
I have had my DC 59 several years now without problems until recently. The new charger I just purchased from you hasn't made a difference to the cleaner holding it's power for the 17 min. it is supposed to. I have cleaned the filters. What more can I do?
