what you have to do is remove the oven from the wall unit.. which is held to the unit by 2 self tapping screws.. then pull out the oven slowly on to item strong enough to take the wait.. unscrew the top panel & side panels.. then you can remove the 2 screws holding the hinge & plate to the oven.. once you have done this the job then becomes a lot more clear in replacing the new hinges.. but make sure you turn the power off 1st.. hope this helps .. once done then it is easy.. but take your time..
