      Hi can you help with a Beko fridge freezer 5 years old . The compressor is running and the internal fan is also running . The freezer is not cold and i have checked for any ice build up underneath the plastic panel inside the freezer which is ok.

      The model is K54299H / B725 u Serial number 1210147908

        If the compressor is running there should be cold areas om the freezer evaporator unless there is a compressor/system fault which would require a refrigerator systems engineer to repair.
