Split in seal ?
my water dispenser is leaking water - it this seal washer meant to have a split down once side, I think I can see it in the picture above, I was going to replace mines as it has a spilt - but is this correct ?

The seal should have a join in it but not a split as it needs to form a seal to prevent leakage.
