fridge temp not correct

hi have a ff92p frost free fridge freezer freezer ok but fridge temp not working correctly going upto plus 15 then back down to plus 2 not sure what parts i need its about 2 to 3 years old but cand find receipt so need to try fixing it myself have taken it apart and defrosted it in the freezer compartment behide the fan but its still not working properly any idea what i need many thanks brian also were do this trermister green freezer go ?

    Hi Biran48, it could be the thermister that's causing the problem, or it could be the thermostat, or a lot of different parts. I'd recommend getting someone in the know to cast their eye over your fridge before you order the part. The thermistor is positioned at the back of the fridge, by the evaporator and the element-like defrost heater.
