Does this hinge come complete with the pin which goes into each door?
I have been looking at my mother's faulty fridge/freezer door and there appears to be a pin or something similar missing.

Hi Ian, this hinge comes as pictured; sans pin. To find the pin you're after, simply search the fridge freezer's model number in the bar at the top of the page to list all parts available for it.
