Having great difficulty getting the unit to click back into place, washing up liquid and using the old rubber seal don't work on either the new or old unit.

I've watched your video 3 times, it does not show how you managed this, and there is no audible click on re-insertion.

    Lubricate the surface of the seal that contacts the door skin and hook the lower edge in until it is held in position then apply pressure to the top edge to push that through and locate. You can also try warming with a hair dryer to soften the seal and increase its flexibility.
