When turning the main oven switch, the little light by the switch does not come on, but when you turn the switch te oven fan starts up, but oven does not heat up.
Will it be the Thermostat or element, if it was the element wouldn't the light come on but not get to temp ??

If the temperature indicator light is not coming on, it is likely to be the thermostat.
