      just the knob that sticks out is missing on my machine. what are those white bits in the other photos here? i can still use my timer by grabbing the grey plastic bit and turning it with my nails, so my question is, which bit do i really need? thanks

        The knob on this machine is supplied in three parts. If the top part only has broken you may just fit that piece but all three are supplied.
