I've looked everywhere on your webpage to find the video that shows how these suspension springs can be replaced but can't find it. Can you please describe how to do this ? Alternatively, please point me at the appropriate video

    The springs are hooked over the edge of the cabinet and hooked through flanges on the tub assembly. On some machines there may be a plastic 'peg' that has to be pulled out to release the spring from the cabinet. Sometimes there is a safety bracket held by four philips screws above the spring that needs to be removed for access.
