      My Rangemaster 110 DF NG 5407 fan oven not working

      My fan oven gives all the indications of working, light on-fan working, but no heat. I have changed the element but no joy. I have tested the thermostat by blowing heat into the oven from a fan heater and the neon light goes out. Is it likely to be a faulty cut-out?
