      I received the above switch but when we removed the old switch it has 4 prongs and the new one only has 2. Is there another switch available with 4 prongs or can you advise how to fit this one?

        Hi there. This is a strange one - I can't find record of any 4 pronged switches in any Dyson vacuum! I'd say that if the switch you are replacing is the on-off switch situated underneath the on-off button, and your vacuum cleaner is one of the models listed as compatible with this part, then you should be able to use this switch.
