  • hi what i did was drill a little hole in the middle of the plate with wires go onto contactors,put a small bolt with a nut on other side,then i put a ring terminal on nut with the earth wires contacted to ring terminal hope this helps By Anonymous - - 23 December 2010

    Hi Anon, This element measures 229mm at it's widest part and is 180mm in height. There is 25mm between the two terminal connections.

    Hi Neildale, It's hard to know for sure without having actually seen your cooker.. If there is a grill on the main oven and it's working great than I would hazard to guess that it's probably the fan element that needs to be replaced. The other main culprit for the issue you're describing would be the oven thermostat. We'll have more articles in our help centre on diagnosing cooker issues shortly.

  • No! There 2 screws holding the element cover in side the oven. Remove this and simply unhook the element and pull out gently. The 2 connector wires will come out. disconnect and replace the element Simple By snooplotty - - 26 July 2009
