I watched the video But without success, my lock is a RED lock is there anything else i can do? If not how do you suggest i remove it and get all my wash out?? thanking you again MIK

Hi MIK, check out this video for help unlocking a washing machine door that's stuck closed. As for replacing the lock, you'll first need to remove the thin retaining band that's holding the door seal in place. Then you need to remove the part of the seal that's immediately next to the interlock. Then you just need to take out the screws, then bring the interlock round to the front of the machine. Then, just remove the terminals, and reverse the process to fit the new interlock.
My washer has completed its cycle BUT i cannot open the door. I tried another cycle but the door remains locked even after 5 x mins???HELP!!!!
