Hi, I have a Zanussi MC9635 and the seal appears to fit into the groove in the casing that is also part of the sides of the oven. Do i have to remove the oven from the casing to fit this? Thanks

Hi, I have a Zanussi MC9634 and have purchased a door seal from you but how do i go about fitting it? having replaced seals before it looked easy but the old seal appears to be fixed between the cooker front and the back of the oven like it was fitted at the time the oven was made as opposed to an add-on trim afterwards. Any help please i cant find any way of removing the front of the oven as it appears to be a solid piece of casing? Many thanks Craig

Answer this question

Looking at my original seal, it would appear to be fitted into a recess between the front panel & the body of the oven. Can you explain how to fit this please

Hi Neilh, that is indeed where the seal fits. You will need to remove the door frame, and fit the seal in bit by bit, and replace.
