What's the ohms reading for this element new? Ive seen your guides say 20-50. Mines reporting dryer element problems but reads 63. Is this too high or inline with a new element of this type. The washer single element only reads 27 ohms.

We do not have the specific value for this element however as the two parts can be used together you will have a net resistance of just over half the lowest value so probably just over 30 Ohms. So the value you are reading is within the expected range.
I have located where this part sits in my washer dryer ZWD16270W, however I am having difficulty removing the old part (heating element), in order to replace it. Please can you help?

It may be necessary to remove the heater 'tunnel' to have greater access when replacing this part. The element itself appears to be slid into the heater tunnel secured by two screws through the mounting plate at the connection end.
