Our gas cooker ignition switch does not spark now (it doesn't even make a noise). We would like to know where (position wise) that it fits? Please advise. Many thanks Stu

Hi there Stu, the ignition switch sits literally just beneath the ignition button. If you took the button off the cooker, you'd see the top of the switch.
When we depress the ignition button nothing happens. I took the ignition switch out once or twice and cleaned it and that worked for a while. Now we resort to a disposable gas lighter but its time to get the ignition working properly again.
