Just replaced drain pump and sensor on LG condenser dryer RC8003C . Pump was jammed. New pump comes on as soon as power switched on at plug. Power on machine not on. Pump switches off if door opened.. 1 Answer

If the pump runs before the machine is operating it suggests a damaged control board. Check any float on the reservoir is not stuck before suspecting the control board.
