    The most likely cause of this problem is a faulty electrode or a contaminated burner causing a misshaped flame near the electrode. Try cleaning the burner holes and replace the electrode. If this does not resolve the problem contact a Gas safe engineer.

Main fan oven was not heating up we have replaced the elemant which was broken but it is still not giving out any heat. I assume it could now need a new thermosat, Is this correct.
