High Quality Replacement Tumble Dryer Poly-Vee Drive Belt - 1900 7PH

If you have a belt in your tumble dryer that has worn, stretched out even snapped, it will not be able to spin the drum in your machine - meaning your clothes could be left damp at the end of the cycle. eSpares has this replacement belt, which could be the answer to getting the drive system back up to speed in your tumble dryer.

The Poly-Vee belt (ribbed belt) looks like a flat belt but has V-shaped ribs along the inside for better friction between the drive system and the belt. eSpares could soon get you back to nice dry clothes again, with your tumble dryer performing at its best, in no time!

Specification:

  • Type: Poly-Vee
  • Length: 1900mm
  • Section: 7PH

The 2 belts that are shown refer to different suppliers, both are compatible to the Hotpoint TC71x

Unfortunately we don't have any instructions for this, although the comment section on the product page provides good details on the experience of others with fitting it. One user has submitted a step by step guide to what he did to fit the part.

Answer this question

Is this something I can do or will I need a specialist to fit it. I have taken off the panels to remove the old broken belt. Do you have a drawing of where & how to fit the belt? Thanks

Yes fitting a new drive belt can be quite tricky, we strongly advise getting a technician in to install that for you. Sadly we do not have any guide lines for fitting this part.
