Once unscrewed the hinges unhook from the front panel as they are withdrawn through the hinge slots.
The mounting for my door handle has snapped around the screw fixing, meaning that the handle is floppy now rather than aiding in opening the door, so it's the mount that I need to replace.

The three images show the surround and mounting points. It looks like the mounting you describe is shown on the right of the first picture.
If the hinges are already on how do we get the old ones out of the broken door that is on now. Please.
- Having carefully removed the front panel and glass bowl, remove the screws attaching the two hinges to the front panel - get someone to support the door as you do so. Slide the door and hinges to the left so that the door is completely separated. You can then rotate the hinges to a position where they will be able to move vertically and are then removable. To install the replacement panel, reverse the process.
