      Baumatic stove, When the valve regulator is not working, what will happen? 1 Answer

      When I turn a cooker control knob (baumatic) to active the hob burner a valve regulator, allowing the gas to flow the jet of the burner, it work perfectly, but when I pull my hand, it stop working. ( only the large burner). Could be the valve regulator faulty? Many Thanks

        There may be a problem with the thermocouple or FFD that is not holding the gas on. Check the burner is clean and there is a good flame onto the tip of the thermocouple as a spillage can cause this problem.

      You sent me the wrong filters, not the ones I had ordered. I ordered HAFIN2P/EXP Ice & Water Filter - Pack of 2 - (ES1569124), You sent me HAFIN2/EXP... I reported this to you and after 1 week and 2 phone calls you told me to go to your website and order the same HAFIN2/EXP filter again... No apology for your error, no hint that you would actually send me the parts I ordered... Not a very good experience....
